This workshop is for anyone looking to slow down, take a step back to reflect and consider what is most important to each of us personally.  While doing so we will not only take the time to contemplate our goals but consider the personal growth that happens along the way. We'll cover how to set goals that matter to you, create practical plans to reach them, and recognize the deeper rewards that come with the process—not just ticking boxes off a list.
